How GenoVaq works
GenoVaq is a marketplace facilitator — not a veterinary or clinical service. We provide the rails that make responsible breeding easier: verified breeders, standardised health-testing data, escrow-style payments, and dispute resolution. The genetics, the science, and the clinical judgement stay between buyers, sellers and their veterinary advisors.
1. Sellers onboard & verify
Studs and kennels register, complete KYC (ID, proof of address, vet reference, registration), and connect a Stripe payout account. Verified sellers get the green tick.
2. Listings are standardised
Sellers list each sire with a consistent set of fields — breed, lineage, performance, health testing, doses available — making cross-comparison easy for buyers.
3. Buyers browse & purchase
Buyers search and filter the global catalogue, message sellers, then check out via Stripe. Funds are held by the platform until the seller confirms shipment.
4. Commission deducted, seller paid
GenoVaq deducts a 10% commission on completed transactions and pays the balance directly to the seller via Stripe Connect.
5. Disputes resolved fairly
Buyers can open a dispute within 14 days of expected delivery. Our team reviews evidence and resolves in favour of the appropriate party.
