Dispute resolution policy
Effective: April 2026
GenoVaq operates a marketplace-level dispute framework appropriate for a facilitator model. Buyers may open a dispute within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Eligible reasons
- Item not received by agreed delivery date
- Item materially not as described in the listing
- Damage in transit
- Documented health, quality or viability concern
Process
- Buyer opens a dispute and uploads supporting evidence.
- GenoVaq notifies the seller and requests a response within 5 business days.
- GenoVaq reviews the case and issues a written resolution.
- Funds are refunded to the buyer or released to the seller in accordance with the resolution.
GenoVaq does not provide veterinary, medical, genetic or performance guarantees. Disputes based on subjective outcomes (e.g. failed conception attributable to factors outside the seller's reasonable control) are not eligible.
