Building the global marketplace for responsible breeding.
GenoVaq is an early-stage UK company building infrastructure for a healthier, longer life for dogs and horses — from the breeding decision through every year that follows. Verified breeder profiles, standardised health-testing data, escrow-protected payments, a free lifelong health record for every owner, and a public Welfare Hub. The marketplace, the data and the welfare layer reinforce each other — that is the bet.
HMRC advance assurance — SEIS & EIS
GenoVaq Ltd has received advance assurance from HM Revenue & Customs that we are expected to qualify as an eligible company under the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS). Subject to each investor's individual circumstances, this allows qualifying UK investors to claim significant income tax and capital gains tax reliefs on their investment.
Advance assurance is HMRC's view on the company's eligibility; it is not a recommendation to invest and does not guarantee individual tax treatment.
In one paragraph
Buying a puppy or booking a stud is one of the largest decisions many households make, and it is made with very little reliable information. We are building the place that information lives — a marketplace where breeder identity is verified, health data is standardised and visible, money is held in escrow until both sides are satisfied, and every owner gets a free lifelong health record for their animal. Around that, the Welfare Hub provides plain-English education in partnership with welfare charities. The end state is a market where responsible breeders are easier to find, and irresponsible ones harder to operate unseen.
Live and growing
The platform is live at genovaq.co.uk: marketplace, free health records, Welfare Hub and journal are all open. We are in active partnership conversations with UK welfare charities and breed bodies, and we are publishing buyer-education content under the GenoVaq name week by week. The investment we are raising will fund the next year of breeder onboarding, content, partnership work and product.

Email info@genovaq.co.ukThis page describes GenoVaq Ltd and its purpose. It is not an offer of securities and is not a financial promotion within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The value of investments can go down as well as up; investors in early-stage companies can lose all of their capital. Eligibility for SEIS and EIS tax reliefs depends on individual circumstances and should be checked with a qualified tax or financial adviser. Further information about an investment in GenoVaq will be shared only with persons entitled to receive a financial promotion under the relevant FSMA exemptions — for example, certified high-net-worth individuals or self-certified sophisticated investors.
