Proven progeny
Progeny of Switch are competing successfully at agility across the UK. Kate describes them as "totally rounded progeny" — the biddable temperament that comes through the Blades Meadows working sheepdog line makes for pups that transition well from the working root into sport. Every pup produced from Switch is fully health tested to the recognised working-Border-Collie panel (hips, elbows, eyes, CEA, TNS, CL, MDR1, IGS). Kate keeps a full record of every pup produced from her line; specific progeny details available on request direct from the kennel.
Health testing
Full BVA hip and elbow scoring, annual eye certification, and DNA panel screening across the recognised working-Border-Collie panel (CEA, TNS, CL, MDR1, IGS) held on file. Specific scores and results displayed on the Kennel Club register under registration AVO3850001. As a Veterinary Physiotherapist Kate assesses puppies for orthopaedic soundness at the point of leaving her yard.
